If you are NOT a winner, you will be recieving a Gift Certificate by both email and snail mail. the Gift Certificate will be for the amount you donated & can be used as a credit towards any reservation at the home you bought the raffle ticket for any time between Mid Sept and Mid July from 2009-2011, with the exception of the Lake Tahoe - Kings Beach Home which is also not available between Dec 15-April 15th. The gift certifcates are not able to be used during holiday time periods.

The homes in the Santa Cruz area are available from Mid Sept to Mid July,
excepting Holidays and previous reservations.
The homes in Lake Tahoe are available during the same time period
except for not being available from Mid Dec to Mid April.
